The Development Authority of Lumpkin County Welcomes Communications & Marketing Intern

UNG student Skylar Cochran begins her internship at the Development Authority of Lumpkin County.

DAHLONEGA, Ga. – The Development Authority of Lumpkin County is proud to welcome Skylar Cochran as the Communications & Marketing Intern as of Monday, Jan. 11, 2021.

Skylar will be working over the next two semesters on various projects. Projects include developing social media campaigns, sending the quarterly newsletter, assisting with website design, and conducting interviews for upcoming business spotlights. She will also be filming a time-lapse video of projects related to the Yahoola Creek Reservoir Master Plan and other commercial construction projects in Lumpkin County.

Skylar is currently a communications student at the University of North Georgia and said, “I am grateful for this opportunity and I’m excited for all the upcoming projects the Communications & Marketing Internship has in store at the Development Authority of Lumpkin County.”
